- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (palm shortening or butter may be substituted)
- 1/2 cup sweetener
- 2 scoops stevia
- 4 eggs (to make the dough the right consistency, or equivalent substitute – See my Homemade Egg Substitute)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. salt (I recommend Real Salt)
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped, or use whatever nut or seed you can have)
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (or chunks, I used my Homemade Chocolate / Carob Chips with SF option)
