- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs (room temp)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (heaping)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour (all-purpose, divided use)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- icing (Peanut Butter, recipe below)
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips (optional for drizzle)
- 1 Tbsp. peanuts (crushed, optional for topping)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (I used Jiff “Natural” Creamy)
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
