- 2 cups gluten free flour blend (all-purpose, *or 2 cups sprouted, unbleached all-purpose flour or 2.5 cups blanched almond flour)
- 4 bananas (large, very ripe, mashed)
- 1/2 cup vegan butter (melted, I use Earth Balance* OR melted coconut oil OR sunflower butter.)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature * or flaxseed eggs, see notes below)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips (your choice, there are dairy-free ones available)
