- 1 cup gluten free flour (Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey (maple syrup, or agave will do)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin (from a can not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup gluten (free chocolate chips I used Enjoy Life Mega Chunks)
