Hi Giulia 4 years ago
My chocolate chia pudding turned out much better than i expected. I used agave nectar instead of stevia to sweeten it. It was delicious and my entire family loved it! Thank you for the inspiration!

I think this turned out very well. I used part full fat coconut milk on mine, and I sweetened it with coconut sugar. It was a good thickness and consistency, nice and chocolatey, and all around yummy for breakfast. I topped it with salted coconut caramel sauce.

Mine turned out a bit on the watery and loose end, so next time ill use less milk . Otherwise good base recipe!

This was tasty and refreshing and, best of all, super easy to make. One modification I made, since we don't currently have a freezer, was to use a blender to mix in frozen berries before letting it sit in the fridge for about two hours to congeal a bit. Will definitely make this again.
