Fabulous! I used unsweetened applesauce instead of butter, cut the brown sugar and the chocolate chips to 1/2 c each. Turned out wonderful.

Excellent!! I doubled the recipe and baked half in a metal loaf pan, and other one in my glass loaf pan. Metal one was ready 5 minutes sooner, and both were delicious!! Will make it again!
