- 140 grams digestive biscuits (crushed)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (softened at room temperature)
- 1 pinch salt
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams strained yogurt (if you can't buy strained yogurt readily, you can make it on your own. Drain 400 gr full-fat, unflavored yogurt in a cheese cloth for couple of hours. Then place it on a strainer and the strainer in a deep bowl. Place it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. This will yield you strained yogurt.)
- 100 mL single cream
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 100 grams dark chocolate (ideally with %70 cocoa essentials)
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 knob butter
- 150 mL cream
