- 1 cup fresh orange juice (at room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups organic carrots (shredded)
- 1 1/4 cups pitted Medjool dates (soaked in water for 30 minutes, and 1 cup of the water reserved)
- 3/4 cup butter (raw walnut, or raw almond butter)
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
