- 65 grams cocoa powder (approximately 165 ml or ⅔ cup)
- 125 mL hot water (approximately ½ cup)
- 125 mL milk (approximately ½ cup)

- 2 bars chocolate bars (one or Mars, with a 100 g plain chocolate or a 70% cocoa for a more luxurious finish)
- 160 grams cream (Nestle)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp. butter
- 125 mL caramel
- 250 mL cream (fresh, whipped until stiff peaks)
- 2 bananas (sliced and splashed with lemon juice to prevent browning)
- raspberries (or any other berries for decoration, optional)
