- 1 pinch salt
- 100 grams butter (without salt at room temperature)
- 150 grams icing sugar (sifted)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 400 grams dark chocolate
- 400 mL cream (full)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 10 cake (small-regular shaped, pops/balls)
- chocolate cake (use the, tops cut from the baked cakes, 3 tops)
- 2 Tbsp. frosting (ganache)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 150 grams dark chocolate (melted and ready for dipping, save some for the top of the cake)
