- 250 grams flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 vanilla bean seeds (scraped)
- 3 oz. marsala wine
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa (bittersweet, powdered)

Directions
- Preheat the oven 180C.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and foamy, approximately 10 minutes.
- Add the mascarpone cheese, the vanilla seeds, a pinch of salt, and the wine. If the batter is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk.
