It turned out very icy and was therefore difficult to eat. I’m wondering if the recipe is supposed to call for coconut cream rather than coconut milk..

Tasted decent. The crust was kinda meh, and I would have rather put a different garnish chocolate on top.

A good, healthy dessert. The pie crust turned out a little tough, but I might have over mixed it. Also, the filling was more icy than I would have liked. Next time I might decrease the amount of coconut milk or add another banana. I also added some Stevia to make it a little sweeter.
