    I've never been good at making rice. But the main thing I will tell you to do is rinse before you cook. The results will be much better.

    I used brown rice which I cooked in my rice cooker then added the ingredients afterwards. I used 1 whole lime, only 2 tbsps of cilantro, olive oil, and garlic salt. It turned out perfect will definitely make this again.

    Very flavorful. It tastes even better when I use chicken broth instead of water but not required to be a good dish. It is a bit sticky though otherwise I would give 5 stars.
