Delicious. I soaked the rice in water for about twenty minutes to remove some of the starch. Then cooked in my rice cooker. I didn’t change any of the ingredients and my family LOVES this!

Great and easy. Would use a little less vegetable oil next time and maybe sub for olive oil.

Very nice! Have made this several times now and will be a go-to to side certain mex dishes, yum!

Loved it! Didn’t deviate from the recipe. Will definitely be making this again.

Excellent. I don’t usually like white rice but this was very flavorful and paired so well with my green chili enchiladas.

It came out super yummy.
Tips:
I washed my rice until it came out clean. Put 1tbsp of olive oil, put 2 cups of clean rice, 4 cups of water. Then brought it to a boil and then put it on low. Let it cook for 20 mins. i shut off the heat and let it sit for 5 mins. and then added all the ingredients and mixed. Super yummy,

Made this dish with my 15 yo daughter. Very easy to make and she loved it. We used Jasmine Rice (because that’s what we usually eat) and it turned out awesome.

This rice is a regular in our house - both of my picky kids even like it! Basmati rice makes it perfect.

somewhat sticky but overrall very good! I would say add butter to the water indefinetly.
