Super delish. I wanted to make black bean burgers but only had pinto beans so this recipe was my savior! I did edit this a bit though. I added 2 cloves of garlic and a bit of flour. Lots of chili powder. I did not have chipotle. And then I pan cooked it. I at first thought there was no way it’d harden up but on medium heat it definitely got there. Oh I also spray a little tobasco and a bit of mustard on each side before cooking. Got that little tip from Jamie Oliver
