We made this tonight and it was amazing! We did not have chipotle seasoning but did have gochujang sauce (Korean hot sauce) we substituted. Have fun with this one! Citrus, sweet, and spicy all in one amazing dish is the perfect play ground! Make a date night out of preparing this together!

Absolutely fantastic! I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, omitted the zest, and put all of the other ingredients in the blender. The flavor is wonderful and we will certainly make this again.

Used half the amount of lime the followed recipe. This has delicious flavor and perfect amount of heat. Used on chicken breast, then grilled. Served on a salad with a Mexican ranch dressing. Delicious!

Marinate overnight for more flavor! I used lemon juice, not lime which might have overpowered the honey and jalapeño. I’m not a fan of deboning chicken, so might try with boneless/skinless chicken next time. I grilled it with my table top Cuisineart griddle/grill for 12-15 minutes (no flipping needed) and it came out pretty great.

It was really delicious but was horrible to get off the frying pan! I loved the flavour though, just a nightmare to clean up after!

This recipe is so flavorful and it was a huge hit. I reduced the jalapeño by half, tripled the cilantro and doubled the honey. It caramelized beautifully under the broiler and the marinade reduced and thickened. Delicious !
