OMG!! Soooo good!! I love it and my Husband loves it too! Safe to say I’ll probably be making this once a week now lol.
I did make a couple changes:
3 teaspoons - Chipotle Paste (La Costena)
1/2 Cup - Chickpea Liquid
Peeled the Chickpeas (worth the time)
No salt needed
