Description
I love taking sauces that use heavier ingredients, like sour cream, and making them healthier. Had a sauce similar to this at a local restaurant and decided I needed to make my own using greek yogurt.

- 8 oz. 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 chipotle pepper (Canned)
- 1 Tbsp. chipotle pepper sauce (canned)
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. ghost pepper

- Combine ingredients together in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
- Refrigerate for one hour and serve
