It’s definitely fresh but bland. Needs a kick of flavor and some heat. Otherwise all you’re tasting is corn & cilantro. Will try again but with some fresh or roasted serrano, maybe both.

fantastic! this was so delicious. you dont need oil , the flavor of the corn is brought out perfectly with the hint of lime. this salsa is not overdone. it's simple and tasty.

Quite excellent, but needs more heat. Other recipes call for a roasted poblano pepper, peeled and chopped. I will add next time I make this.
