- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic)
- 2 tsp. chile pepper (McCormick Gourmet™, Chipotle)
- 1 tsp. canela (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, Saigon, Ground)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (McCormick Gourmet™, California)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian)
- 3 lb. pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix brown sugar, chili powder, chipotle chile pepper, cinnamon, garlic powder and sea salt in small bowl. Rub spice mixture evenly on ribs
- Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined roasting pan. Pour water into pan. Cover with foil
- Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Brush ribs with maple syrup
- Broil or grill over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until ribs are evenly browned
