- 2 medium potatoes (quartered)
- 1/3 cup pickles (chopped)
- 1 cooked eggs (chopped)
- 2 celery sticks (finely chopped)
- 2 onions (chambray, chopped with everything and tail)
- 3 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. water (canned, from the gherkins)
- salt
- pepper (to taste)

Directions
- The potatoes are put to cook in cold water with salt, until they are soft. Take out and let cool( I left them in the shell because I like them, but they can be peeled at this time).
- Stir the potatoes with the pickles, eg, celery, and onions.
- Mix together the mayonnaise with mustard, pickle water, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potatoes.
- Integrate everything well and cover with self-adhesive plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour ( cooler is better ).
- To serve.
