This was so easy, fast and delicious. My picky husband loved it, a little on the spicy side for my toddlers, but trying to get them to appreciate more flavor so it was still worth it. I poured it over basmati rice which tasted lovely. Will probably make this at least once a month!

Would basically be like fajitas if you added peppers and onions! I made brown rice to go with it and this was a great idea!
