    I've made this quite a few times over the past few years. I absolutely love how light this entree is, and it's definitely packing some flavor. I've paired this with cilantro lime rice in the past, but decided to take a different route for dinner tonight. I found a Spanish potato dish that calls for waxy potatoes, sauteed onions, canned tomatoes, sherry wine, and vegetable broth here on Yummly, and it was the perfect pairing for this dish! the only thing I did differently with the potato dish was use Mexican style canned tomatoes instead of the regular ones, as the dish seemed a bit bland at first site. I'm glad I made the switch, though!

    This recipe was delicious, I served it with brown rice. This is a great meal as leftovers for lunch the next day as well!

    I made this recipe and used the marinade on chicken and salmon. It was great. I also used the zest of one lime as well.

    This is one of my favorite recipes. The chipotle flavor of the chicken is perfect especially when dipped in the tasty avocado cream sauce!

    Five stars for the avocado sauce and one for the chicken. The sauce is amazing and would make a good veggie dip or salad topper. The chicken marinade just seemed off.
