- 1 large tomato (Diced)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (drained or fried fresh mushrooms)
- 8 slices bacon (diced and then fried to make fresh bacon bits, drain off the fat on a paper towel)
- 2 cups tex-mex shredded cheese
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic (i use jarred garlic)
- 3 Tbsp. margarine (or butter)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle seasoning (Mrs Dash)
- 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 2 cups cheese (Tex Mex, shredded)
