- 1 lime (zested and juiced)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 scallions (white and green part thinly sliced)
- 4 cups cabbage (finely shredded)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- corn tortillas (warmed and charred over a flame or dry skillet)
