- 300 grams chicken fillet (finely sliced on the diagonal)

- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- 1 dash sesame oil
- 300 grams beef fillet (finely sliced on the diagonal)

- 2 red chillies (large, halved lengthways, deseeded and roughly sliced)
