- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 150 grams noodles (uncooked)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (piece of, minced)
- 1 stalk green onion (finely chopped keep white and green part separated)
- 1 head bok choy (roughly chopped keep the leaves and stalk separated)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Sriracha (/ any hot sauce adjust as per taste)
- 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 8 cups vegetable stock (/ water)
- ground black pepper (as per taste)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

very good, if you had sichuan pepper it gives a little more punch. I also sugest letting it simmer for a while for more flavour!
