  • 2 cups wheat flour (plus 2 table spoons)
  • 2 oil (table spoons of)
  • 1 tea (spoon of salt)
  • 200 grams chicken meat (minced)
  • 1 ginger (table spoon of grated)
  • 1 light soy sauce (table spoon of)
  • 4 preserved vegetables (table spoons of Yacai, chinese, chopped)
  • 1 oil (table spoon of)
  • 2 water (table spoons of)
  • 1 tea (spoon of potato starch)

    Directions

    1. 1. Mix 1/2 cup of milk with 2 table spoons of flour, sugar and yeast. Put it in warm place, wait till mixture doubles.
    2. 2. In large bowl sift flour, add salt, 1/2 cup of milk, oil and yeast mixture. Mix well and knead till dough becomes smooth and uniform.
    3. 3. Meanwhile mix meat with soy sauce.
