Really delicious. I will follow the advice of another reviewer and pound the meat. The meat was a little tough made it again. Trimmed the meat well. Really delicious.

This was colorful and tasty. I served it with white rice, baked Asian Chicken legs, and a Chinese cabbage salad. Surprisingly, there was very little leftovers.

Definitely a keeper. My wife isn’t a big Chinese Food fan but she’s insisting we have this once a week. I followed the recipe exactly, pepper and all, and the depth of flavor was great. I’m so happy to find another go to recipe thanks to Yum!

This dish was very good. I am glad I read the reviews because I didn’t use all that pepper. It had enough bite for my family.

Really great, so tasty! Although following the directions turned to be a little bit difficult...

Yummm didn’t have the wine so I improvised and used rice wine and fish sauce! Taste good!

This recipe is spot on and can be altered to your personal favorites veggies and meat.

It was so good. I don't think there's a limit to how much pepper to can add. I would have liked more.

delicious.
modifications include ground ginger mixed into the "slurry" instead of fresh... onion in lieu of shallot, cooking sherry instead is the wine they picked, and olive oil. also used sweet peppers which was a nice contrast to the pepper, soy and sherry.

This turned out great. Both my husband and I really liked it. I will make it again.

Usually I have to modify the recipe but not this one. I like that it used ingredients I usually have at home. Great stir-frying technique! I can use the process with different ingredients.

Such a great sauce! Next time I will marinate the sliced meet a couple of hours. I did this in the stove top and it was easy. Meat is tender and the ginger, garlic and scallions just makes it so tasty. I think this recipe would be good with shrimp too.

Great! Pounded steak first before marinading, but, otherwise, followed recipe.

Made this twice already and it’s a big hit. I used the wok inside the house, and definitely cook in batches, and depending on the cut of beef you may not need that much oil in the pan to cook.

Turned out really good, used rib eye steak rather than skirt beef. Melt in your mouth meat!

Awesome!!!
Followed the directions exactly except for the grilling. I stir fried in a pan . Will definitely make this again!

Really tasty! I would definitely make again. I substituted the wine because I've never heard of it before but it still turned out really well!

This sauce is really good. I cut down on the pepper and added another 1/3 cup of stock because it was too thick. I think next time I will reduce the cornstarch and cut the sugar in half. I will definitely make this again!

Pretty tasty and easy to make! Not sure my attempt was better than takeout though. Wasn't quite as addictive.

I made this for by boyfriend who is VERY picky. He absolutely loved it and so did I :) Will definitely make again

My Husband and I loved it! Yes I would make it again maybe once a month. I left out something out of the receipt but it was just an spice.
