I did make this recipe and it turned out fantastic. I used a nice pork steak and ground it up. Then instead of fresh ginger I used about a teaspoon of dried. I'm not a huge fan of ginger but didn't want to leave it out. I soaked the sushi rice overnight, used a bamboo steamer and Napa cabbage for the balls to rest on while steaming. I steamed them about 20 minutes and they were so cute when they were done. They looked like miniature white porcupines. Can't wait to make them again soon .
