- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. ground pork
- red pepper flakes (Heavy sprinkle of)
- 3/4 cup green onions (minced, both white & green parts)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 lb. Chinese egg noodles (I only had regular linguine on hand and it worked great!)
- 1 tsp. oil (hot chile, I omitted but Barb swears by it.)

Excellent quick recipe! Added diced onions, carrots and celery at the beginning along with ginger and garlic. Garnished with cilantro and green onions. Made it extra spicy by adding green chilies and red pepper flakes while cooking the meat and vegetables.Didn't have hoisin sauce so used oyster sauce instead.
Will definitely make this for dinner again and again!
