    Excellent quick recipe! Added diced onions, carrots and celery at the beginning along with ginger and garlic. Garnished with cilantro and green onions. Made it extra spicy by adding green chilies and red pepper flakes while cooking the meat and vegetables.Didn't have hoisin sauce so used oyster sauce instead. Will definitely make this for dinner again and again!

    I love satay-type dishes and this is so simple, quick and incredibly moreish! I add a little extra chilli and peanut butter to make it just that little bit stickier on the noodles.
