    i had more produce then I knew what to do with before they expored, this was the perfect soup for what i needed to use up, with a couple substitutions. Oh it tasted amazing too!

    It was awesome! I added a blend of flavorful mushrooms to mine. We will definitely be having this again!

    This was so good! I ended up adding more vinegar since I substituted rice vinegar with white vinegar. I skipped the cabbage and added celery and mushrooms instead (added it in the pot with the zucchini)
