Really delicious! The dough was soft and the stuffing was savory. I doubled the stuffing. I would suggest adding some chili sauce and hoisin for extra flavor. For the ground beef, I used 85% and there was lots of residual oil so I'd reduce the water added. It was almost too soupy when taking a bite.

Always a hit when I make this. I can tuck in some minced veggies to the filling. To make dough easier to work I use very warm water, add a tsp of vegetable oil then let it rest at least 1/2 hr before rolling. I double or triple recipe and freeze extras or for lunch box the next day.

directions where a little vague so i winged it. made my own twist on the filling, turned out great

Super tasty! And made with really simple ingredients. I added a bit more water to my dough than instructed, and I wasn’t sure texture I was meant to go for, but it was fine. Making them into circles was a bit tricky! But they all survived the pan. Delish!
