- 4 cups gai lan (washed and dried, thinly sliced)
- 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts (or thighs, cut into bite-sized thin strips)

- 1 Tbsp. chile paste (I like Sambal Oelek)
- 1 1/2 tsp. chinese black vinegar
