- cooking oil
- vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry (I sometimes use balsamic vinegar if I don’t have Sherry on hand)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar or rice vinegar will work)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry (or balsamic vinegar)
- 1 clove garlic
