It was fantastic. I amended the recipe slightly, i added less soy sauce and introduced black bean sauce. one tbs soy to two black bean. it also needed more chicken stock addibg to the wok. I also added a chopped seeded red chilli, that added a little kick. Delicious served with egg 4 mins egg noddles.
