- 9 oz. ramen noodles (chicken flavored)
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1 1/2 cups slivered almonds (blanched)
- 3 heads napa cabbage (shredded)
- 18 green onions (chopped)
- 3 cans chicken breast (all white meat)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups rice wine vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 5 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 5/8 cup white sugar

Directions
- Crush noodles; place them in a medium skillet and brown in butter over medium heat. Add almonds and sesame seeds. Stir often to prevent burning. Add seasoning mix from noodles and cool. Toss in a large bowl with cabbage and onions. Add can of drained chicken broken apart with fork, directly to salad, just prior to adding dressing.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar
- Pour over salad, toss and serve.
