- vegetable oil (for frying, I used peanut)
- 1 napa cabbage (good sized head)
- 1 lb. chicken cutlets (breast, or tenders, grilled and thinly sliced, or use leftover or rotisserie chicken)
- 1/4 red cabbage (small, shredded)
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced, or any color you like)
- 1 bunch green onions (thinly sliced on the diagonal, white and green parts)
- 1 handful beansprouts
- 1 handful pea pods (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 8 oz. water chestnuts (sliced)
- 11 oz. orange slices (mandarin)
- sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil (more to taste)
- 1 dash sesame seeds
