Does not taste like any black pepper chicken I have ever had. Will not make again.

yummy!!! only modification was i replaced rice vinegar with apple cider vinegar.. definitely a commendable dish

it was really delicious!!! remember to use coase pepper instead of the whole peppercorn. lol...
