- 1/3 cup chicken stock (low-sodium homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced, about 2 teaspoons)
- 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger (finely)
- 3 scallions (whites finely sliced, greens cut into 1/2-inch segments, reserved separately)
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable (peanut, or canola oil)

Very very good!! I made in a large cast iron since I couldn’t bother to get my wok. I cooked the broccoli longer to get a char on it and it was delicious and easy! Will definitely feature on my monthly dinner rotations.

Added more broccoli than recipe called for, so the Broccoli needed to be cooked a bit longer after following recipe, about 5-7 min longer with cover on wok to get bright green just barely soft doneness. DELICIOUS and fairly easy to make!
