Agree the directions were totally off. I just used the ingredients as a basis and made my own directions. Marinated the chicken then dipped in egg white and cornstarch mixture before deep frying. Then added the sauce but didn't follow the measurements. Felt 1/2 cup of soy sauce was too much. Added plum sauce and bell peppers. Pic after frying.
