Awesome. I changed the herbs to basil and coriander as I'm not a parsley fan. It was great with our steaks.

l enjoyed it. I did not have parsley. I used 1/2 avocado instead. I will make this again but will have parsley available.

Whisk the oil in! I used the processor and it was tart, a little salt fixed that this time but follow the recipe 🙂

Had to add a little bit more salt and red pepper flakes but it was awesome!!

I didn't really like the taste. I guess I'm not a Chimichurri kind of women. I cant take the taste of the olive oil its just to oily for me and bland even with the added salt. Kuddos to all that loved it, not judgement here.

This was my first time making this sauce and it was AMAZING!! I cooked steak and shrimp and it was delicious.

I switched the parsley for fresh cilantro which raised this recipe to another level. Excellent of a perfectly grilled ribeye.

I use chimichurri all the time now. It's a stunner on steaks, and now my fiancé and I bring it with hickory grilled steak bites to parties.
