- 2 ears fresh corn (cut off cob)
- adobo seasoning (sprinkle of, Adobo is a Latin seasoning blend of salt, oregano, cumin and pepper. My in-laws send it to us from Puerto Rico, but I see it in the larger grocery stores too.)

- 1/4 cup olive oil
