- 1 Tbsp. cornflour (with 1 tbsp cold water)
- 520 grams plain flour
- 90 grams lard (see note)
- 100 mL vegetable oil
- 2 avocadoes (coarsely chopped)
- 2 shallots (golden, finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 2 lime juice (with 1 tbsp cold water, or to taste)
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. coriander (seeds)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- tabasco (few drops, or to taste)
