- 4 spring onions (finely chopped)
- 2/3 packet soba noodles (or 100% buckwheat noodles)

- 1/2 avocado

- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. wasabi powder (or 1/2 - 1 teaspoon fresh wasabi)
