- 1 stick celery (leave out for celery free)
- 2 green chillies (fresh, more or less depending upon taste)
- 1 tsp. chilli flakes (more or less depending upon taste)
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 100 grams sweetcorn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 liter passata
- 500 mL hot water (may need slightly more or less depending on how thick you like it)
- 1 handful chopped coriander
