- 1.5 oz. onion (chopped, about ½ an onion)

- 1/2 Tbsp. chilli flakes (heaped, less if you prefer less spicy)
- 5 oz. cabbage (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

- 4 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 spring onion (sliced finely)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
