    It was really nice! Didn’t have bbq rice so just added tablespoon of whatever bbq sauce I had in the cupboard in at the end took no time to make

    This dish was delicious and such a hit for meat free Monday! We were not able to get that specific rice, so used plain basmatic rice but added in honey BBQ sauce.
