- 1 1/2 tsp. toban djan (chili bean paste)
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or other neutral oil)
- 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. paprika

- 20 oz. ramen noodles (frozen, or 12 ounces dried ramen noodles)

- 1 grapefruit zest (3x1-inch strip, very thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. regular soy sauce (or white)
