Amazing!! I always make this for my friends and it turns out great. They always ask for the recipe. It's easy by using your crockpot. For bigger events, I double the recipe. But watch the chili powder, using 6 tsp. can be very spicy. I suggest trying 5 and you can always add more, if needed.

I wouldn't make this recipe ever again. Very salty so if you dare to make this horrible dip then make sure to buy chips without salt because you don't need anymore. Looking at the ingredients you can tell the creator doesn't have a clue. This recipe probably came from a sweepstake recipe contest that nobody every made or tried and only won due to a computer generated lottery. Save your money and keep searching for another recipe. UPDATE: (I made this recipe 14 days ago and must revise my position because my family and neighbors really loved it). I thought it was odd tasting and salty so I'm going to make it again, I agree with reviewer Joe S. on the cumin and maybe make a couple adjustments to it. I might add more beef to it so it's similar to Chilli's.

I thought this recipe was really great !! I did tweak it a little the 2nd time around. I used only 1 tsp.
of cumin,it's a little overpowering for some people with 2 tsp. And definitely using half n half is the way
to go.Much smoother !! May try heavy cream in next batch to see where texture is.
