- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 1 jar Ragu Double Cheddar Sauce (1 lb.)
- 1 can red kidney beans (19 oz., rinsed and drained)
- 1 can whole kernel corn (8-3/4 oz., drained)
- 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 pkg. cornbread mix (12 oz.)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in Double Cheddar Sauce, beans, corn and chili powder.
- Meanwhile, prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Do not bake.
- In ungreased 2-quart baking dish, spread ground beef mixture. Top with cornbread mixture. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cornbread comes out clean and top is golden.
